What you may not know is if your constituents have not filled out the USPS change of address card, their new addresses are not listed in the USPS NCOALink®. database. This could be costing you unnecessarily in postage expense, undelivered mail pieces and lost donations.
Conversion Professionals (CPI) uses the standard USPS 48 month database, just like many other providers of NCOA services. However, unlike many other providers, we also have access to proprietary databases which record address changes from magazine subscription services, catalog mailers, retailers and other institutions. By utilizing these additional resources, CPI will return significantly more address changes than those available through standard NCOALink®. processing.
In addition, by matching to the Delivery Sequence File (DSF), we can provides mailers with the following:
• Address validation, Address standardization and ZIP+4 coding
• Carrier route coding and Delivery sequencing
• Detection of addresses that are potentially undeliverable for reasons other than a change of address
